‘Trump vs. Bernie’ With James Adomian and Anthony Atamanuik Mocks the Tomfoolery of Today’s Election

Worthy of a coveted spot on “Saturday Night Live,” the comedy sketch that is “Trump vs. Bernie w/ James Adomian & Anthony Atamanuik is garnering record praise for its comedic relief from the circus we call our presidential election.

Audiences are treated to the folly of renowned impressionists James Adomian and Anthony Atamanuik as they take the stage and hilariously duke it out as Democrat Sanders (white-wig-wearing Adomian) and billionaire Republican Trump (heavily bronzed Atamanuik). Always up on the most recent election news, Adomian and Atamanuik successfully keep their act current, touching on the latest topics with the idiocy of the ‘16 election. Featured on Comedy Central and CNN, the act rivals any political comedy sketch out there and has everyone wishing the beloved duo were the actual guys running for office.

The impressions are so dead-on and the material so typically foolish, audiences forget they’re watching what is only a fun portrayal of reality. “A hilarious, and discomfortingly accurate portrayal of a Donald Trump,” is how Esquire described it. And the Huffington Post said, “Larry David was pretty, pretty good as Bernie Sanders, but [Adomian] is even better.”

Adomian is a standup comedian and actor who is famous for his spot-on impressions.
