Russell Simmons Bring ‘All Def Comedy Live’ to Hollywood Every Wednesday

Russell Simmons continues with his successful “All Def Comedy Live” comedy show at the Inside Jokes Comedy Club. Simmons, the creator of “All Def Comedy Live,” has had a weekly-booked show for years now at Inside Jokes, and it doesn’t look like he’s stopping anytime soon.

For the past few Wednesday nights, Simmons’ show has featured a plethora of diverse comics who take the mic and they deliver a show that sells out every week.

Inside Jokes comedy Club and is legendary. The club is part of the Hollywood Chinese Theatre Family and is located at the Hollywood and Highland Center on Hollywood Blvd. After comic shows in the Inside Jokes theater, guests have the opportunity of going to the Inside Jokes lounge, where they can mingle with the performers and grab a cocktail.

The show is hosted by Tony Rock, a native New Yorker out of Brooklyn. He recently finished shooting a film with Vivica Fox, entitled “Three Can Play That Game.” Past movie experience included the films “Life Support” with Queen Latifah and “Homie Spumoni” with Whoopi Goldberg and Joey Fatone. Rock has some television success as well. His TV show, “All of Us” on the CW just finished its fourth season, and he is currently being featured on TV One’s “The Funny Spot” as the host.

Tickets are $20 for general admission or $250 for VIP booth and bottle service. The venue is for those 21 and over.
