Comedians Kevin Smith and Ralph Garman to Host Hollywood Babble-On

Legendary comedians Kevin Smith and Ralph Garman will be hosting a special show at The Hollywood Improv called “Hollywood Babble-On Valentine’s Bonanza with Kevin Smith and Ralph Garman” on Friday Feb. 13.  The show will take a somewhat twisted look at entertainment news. While Hollywood has been relatively good to these two successful comedians, sometimes they still just can’t help poking fun at the hand that feeds them.

Kevin Smith is best known for “Clerks,” which he wrote, directed, produced, and starred in as the character Silent Bob.  His other film accolades include “Mallrats,” “Chasing Amy,” “Dogma,” “Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back,” “Jersey Girls,” “Zack and Miri Make a Porno,” “Red State,” and “Tusk.”

In 2000, Smith teamed up with Scott Mosier to develop an animated television series called Clerks:  The Animated Series, which aired on ABC.  He was also featured along Jason Mewes in several episodes of Degrassi:  The Next Generation and a weekly mtvU series called Sucks Less With Kevin Smith. He later directed the pilot for The CW series Reaper.

Smith’s counterpart for “Babble-On,” Ralph Garman, is an actor, comedian, and radio host best known for The Joe Schmo Show and his voice work on Family Guy.  Both Garman and Smith host “The Babble-On” podcast.

This is going to be an out of this world show that you will not want to miss.  Tickets are on sale for $40, with an 18 and over age restriction and a two-drink minimum.

Hollywood Babble-On will be at the Hollywood Improv  on Feb. 13. Tickets are on sale here.
