Vegas Uncork’d Offers a Host of Decadent Dining Experiences

Bon Appétit is bringing back Vegas Uncork’d for its eleventh year to Las Vegas. The four-day culinary celebration starts on Thursday, April 27 at various hotels and restaurants around Sin City.

There are a number of Master Series lunches and dinners with celebrity chefs including Guy Savoy, Nobu Matsuhisa, and more. On Thursday, aspiring food photographers can even get tips on how to shoot food photos from Bon Appétit’s social media gurus during a cooking demo and luncheon with the Too Hot Tamales – Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger.

On Friday, don’t miss the opportunity to have lunch with Chef José Andrés at Jaleo, where he will prepare lobster paella over a live fire pit. Other options to fill your bellies before the signature Grand Tasting include a brunch at Yardbird and a pasta-making experience with Chef Scott Conant. The Grand Tasting takes place on Friday, April 28. The signature event of the festival will feature more than 50 award-winning chefs, as well as 100 wines and spirits.

With the festival’s partnership with Chase, cardmembers also get members-only access to special events. With the cardmembers package to the Grand Tasting, Chase Sapphire Preferred and Reserve cardmembers will also enjoy an exclusive pre-reception, early access to the Grand Tasting via a special entrance, access to the exclusive Chase Sapphire Lounge featuring special menu items, and meet-and-greet with a Bon Appetit editor.

There will be a Mediterranean brunch on Saturday with Chef Alain Ducasse, exclusively for Chase Sapphire Reserve members. The brunch at Giada includes unlimited mimosas, live entertainment, and a signed photo with Giada De Laurentiis. The day is followed by Picnic in the Park with Akira Back, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Michael Mina, Charlie Palmer, Julian Serrano, Alain Ducasse, Shawn McClain, and more. In addition to the food paired with cocktails, beer, and wine curated by Master Sommeliers, the picnic will also feature lawn games, from a life-sized Jenga to cornhole.

On multiple evenings, guests can relax at the Montecristo Cigar Bar, which will showcase curated pairings of scotches, cigars, and bites from Old Homestead. Get one final meal in on Sunday with either an Italian brunch at Rao’s or a Chase cardmember exclusive brunch with Julian Serrano. Tickets to individual events vary starting at $79.

Stay the weekend at the elegant Mandarin Oriental, which offers a quiet escape while still being conveniently located on the Strip. For those hitting the festival with a group of friends, opt for the one, two, or three-bedroom duplex lofts at the SKYLOFTS at MGM Grand. The boutique Hotel32 on the 32nd floor of Monte Carlo Resort offers strip views and luxury amenities, including complimentary limousine transfers from the airport at a fraction of the price.
