Power 106 Crush Concert at The Forum | Feb. 12
Join the best in R&B and hip-hop for a night of insanely sensual music thanks to Power 106 bringing together not only The Weeknd and Miguel but also Kid Ink, Tory Lanez and Kehlani. With each artist bringing something different to the stage, the show is one that’s a can’t miss and it’s going to be even better with that special someone on your arm.

Lady and the Tramp” at El Capitan | Feb. 12-15
Letting “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” take a break, Disney’s premiere theater in the heart of Hollywood is releasing love into the air with one of their most beloved animated films. “Lady and the Tramp” oozes romance as it tells the tale of two dogs from opposite sides of the tracks who fall for each other. With it being an older film, this is a great opportunity to see that infamous spaghetti kiss on the big screen.

Valentines Ball at Terranea | Feb. 13
Get coastal and head out to this oceanfront resort for a roaring 20s themed night out that includes live music. Only 50 couples will be taking part in this intimate evening complete with a three-course meal.

LA Opera: The Magic Flute at Dorothy Chandler Pavilion | Feb. 13
It looks like something out of an animated feature but it’s live on stage. This is one of the most eye-catching shows in L.A. this month. It has an enchanting comedy that will delight and some drama to break up the laughs.

Max Amini at Royce Hall | Feb. 13
Have some laughs for Valentine’s Day weekend with Max Amini as he heads back to L.A. with a set that will leave everyone with nothing but belly aches from all the laughter they’ll experience. A UCLA grad, Amini will make this one a good show for his alma mater.

Cho-Liang Lin and Jon Kimura Parker at Wallis Annenberg | Feb. 13
Violinist Cho-Liang Lin will be teaming up with pianist Jon Kimura Parker for an evening of music. They’ll be performing classics from the likes of Mozart to Beethoven with Brahms and Dvorak tossed in between.

Sex and the City Zoo | Feb. 13
The L.A. Zoo is usually for all ages but not this time. It’s not going to get R rated but it will be a PG type of evening that involves a reception, a lecture about mating rituals in the wild and a dinner that’s not just any dinner but a three-course meal provided by Reggie’s Bistro. Shakespeare’s classic comes to L.A. just in time for this romantic holiday. While the story doesn’t have the happiest of endings it’s still regarded as one of the best love stories of all time. The title characters’ undying affection for each other has been inspiring couples for centuries now and will continue to do so.

Moulin Rouge at Los Angeles Theatre | Feb. 14
Spend that night at the movies with one of the best musicals in recent years. Watch Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor sing through their love story with the music of the late David Bowie, Nirvana and Sir Elton John.
