West Coast Cigar & Spirits Tasting Offers the Ultimate Evening for Cigar Lovers

Suit up for an evening of sipping quality spirits and smoking fine cigars at the 6th Annual West Coast Cigar & Spirits Tasting presented by Irvine-based Cigar & Spirits Magazine. This celebration of the sophisticated lifestyle will be held on Friday, May 27 at the Hyatt Newport Beach hotel. All guests will get to indulge in appetizers, samples of various spirits and, of course, the very best of premium cigars. Some of their past cigar vendors have included Montecristo, Gurkha Cigars, Toraño, JC Newman Diamond Crown and Falto Cigars. Cutters and matches will be provided so guests can enjoy their cigars properly.

No matter what your spirit preference is, the tasting will have something to entice in the way of scotch, rum, tequila, vodka and gin. Past spirits vendors have included such names as Sazerac, Buffalo Trace, Eagle Rare, Lagavulin Whisky, Oban, Talisker, Nolet’s Silver Gin, Hangar 24 Craft Brewery and Deep Eddy Vodka, to name a few.

Guests will not only get to sample them at the event but also have the opportunity to take home hundreds of dollars worth of cigars from participating vendors, well worth the price of admission. If that’s not enough, guests can also purchase boxes of their favorite cigars at the event at special, event-only prices.

General admission tickets are $75 per person (plus $5.12 ticketing fees) and VIP tickets are $125 per person (plus $7.87 fees). VIP ticket holders get early entrance to the event, exclusive extra cigars to take home and access to the official after party. Groups of cigar and spirit lovers can save big by purchasing a package of 10 VIP tickets for just $575 (plus $27.20 ticketing fees), which makes each VIP ticket cheaper than a general admission ticket!

The after party will feature craft cocktails and fine cigars sponsored by Orange County-based Ketel One Vodka and Drew Estate Cigars from Nicaragua. The main event will take place from 5:30 – 9:30 p.m. and the after party is expected to run until 1 a.m. This is one event cigar loves of Southern California won’t want to miss.
