Ramen Pop-Up at the Nest at WP24 Serves Up Gourmet Ramen

Nest at WP24 is staging a series of ramen pop-up nights. Hokkaido style miso ramen will be served, with house made noodles, broth that is simmered over three days, sesame, scallion, bean sprouts, and sweet summer corn. Starting at $7 a bowl, this event presents a chance for a wider audience to enjoy Wolfgang Puck’s cuisine in one of his elegant restaurants. Seasonal additions such as market vegetables will be available to customize bowls for a surcharge.

Wolfgang Puck’s WP24 serves modern Chinese cuisine, inspired by the chef’s travels in East Asia. Surrounded by a view of the city, the restaurant features an extensive wine list and a selection of Asian beers and sake to complement the menu. Nest sits next door, a more casual lounge that serves appetizers, snacks, and sushi, as well as some favorites from WP24. Both are housed on the 24th floor of the luxurious Ritz-Carlton hotel at L.A. Live downtown.

Wolfgang Puck, a household name, first learned to cook from his mother and began working in restaurants in France at a young age.
