The Real 92.3 Turns One With Nicki Minaj, Big Sean and Fetty Wap at Birthday Bash

Radio isn’t what it used to be. The same can be said of movies and television just based on the advancements in technology but despite all that 92.3 has not only survived their first year but thrived and have stood the test of time. Their inaugural concert sold out so when it came time to throw their one-year anniversary they knew they only had themselves to outdo and judging by the lineup, they’ve more than succeeded with their Real Birthday Bash.

Nicki Minaj leads the pack as the fierce queen of rap with her pink regime. Her quick tongue on and off the stage has taken her from Lil Wayne’s protege to a household name over the past few years. Not to mention she made viral waves when her “Anaconda” video premiered. She’ll likely perform that hit along with other hits from “The Pinkprint,” which dropped in 2015. Joining Minaj will be none other than her man and fellow rapper Meek Mill. This Philly-born rapper will bring the definitely get the crowd going (we’re hoping) with some of his collaborations, especially “All Eyes on You” with Minaj and “Burn” which features another name on the bill, Big Sean.

Joining that trio of hitmakers will be one of the most talked about artists of 2015, Fetty Wap. With a look now as distinguished as his sound, the world first got a taste of this Jersey boy when he appeared with Fall Out Boy at the MTV Movie Awards. His star quickly rose all on its own when his “Trap Queen” was everywhere last year, and this year it’s earned him not one but two Grammy nominations for Best Rap Song as well as Best Rap Performance. By the time this Birthday Bash rolls into town, he’ll know if he’s a winner or not. Another Grammy nominated artist on the bill is former boy band member turned solo star, Omarion. The R&B crooner will also be there singing and promoting his upcoming release, “Reasons.” The rest of the party guests and performers include DJ Khaled and OT Genasis.
