Los Angeles is packed with events in November. Big-name performers, dazzling stage shows, festivals, and holiday fun span the entire month. Light up the longer nights with the events below.

Kanye West at The Forum | Nov. 1-3
Superstar rapper Kanye West continues his six-night run at The Forum during his L.A. stop of “The Saint Pablo Tour.” The showman, surrounded by machine-generated fog, performs on a glowing, floating stage above the audience. Hear songs, “Famous,” “Ultralight Beam” “Stronger,” on the set list.  

Hedwig and the Angry Inch at the Pantages | Nov. 1-27
The stage show created by John Cameron Mitchell, that became the 2001 movie that, became the Broadway rock musical premiers at the Pantages Theater. Darren Criss of “Glee” fame stars as the genderqueer East German who comes to America, fronts a band and becomes involved with a rock star. Tony Award winner Lena Hall also stars, reprising her role as Yitzhak.

Red Bull Sound Select Presents: 30 Days In L.A. | Nov. 1-30
Red Bull Sound Select takes over Los Angeles with 30 days of over 70 artists, rounding up rappers, DJs and bands. Venues include Fonda Theatre, Roxy Theatre, Echoplex, and The Wiltern. See Lido, Charli XCX, Pusha T, Sunflower Bean, Aurora, Common, Haim, and a ton of up-and-comers. The third annual concert series promotes the introduction of exciting new acts at L.A.’s prominent venues. Early birds get treated to giveaways and free food.

Dillon Francis & Flosstradamus at Shrine Expo Hall | Nov. 3-4
EDM fans won’t want to miss these November shows in Los Angeles. In a special collaboration, DJs Dillon Francis and Flosstradamus join forces for Dillstradamus Presents: Idgafos Hdyfest 3Union. The co-headliners recently appeared at Lollapalooza and Hard Summer.

Taste Talks: Food & Drink | Nov. 4-6
Taste Talks offers “the future of taste.” The weekend kicks off with an opening Friday night party at the Hotel Normandie. Saturday’s conference at The Line Hotel features a series of sessions covering the latest food trends along with panels, demos and expert chefs. Stay for a specially prepared Sunday barbecue.

ComplexCon | Nov. 5-6
Experience the sights and sounds of ComplexCon, a new convention and festival produced by music magazine, Complex, at the Long Beach Convention Center. The modern World Fair-like event features food, panels, art, retailers, and more pop culture wonders. Skrillex, Pharrell, Snoop Dog, and 2 Chainz are just a few of the artists performing at the two-day event.

Los Angeles Comedy Fest | Nov. 10-20
Laugh it up at the largest comedy festival in the United States, showcasing film, live acts, panels, and a screenplay competition. The event also offers big comedy names and emerging talent to discover. Several features and short films will be premiered at the Let Live Theatre.

Sleepless: The Music Center After Hours | Nov. 11
Awaken the mind in “Sleepless,” a dreamlike, one-of-a kind experience at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. Guests can experience art installations, DJs, small bites, cocktails, and can even rest in beanbags. Artist-manipulated immersive experiences include illuminated snowfall from Sohail Najafi, shadow performance by Miwa Matryek and colorful visuals by Kytten Janae.

Cirque Du Soleil: Toruk – The First Flight | Nov. 11-13
Another Cirque Du Soleil arrives in L.A. at the Staples Center. “Toruk – The First Flight” is based on the James Cameron’s blockbuster film, “Avatar.” Set thousands of years before the film’s events, the story focuses on two Na’vi boys trying to save the Tree of Souls in the lush jungles of Pandora.

Los Angeles Beer Festival | Nov. 12
Beer lovers will rejoice at the L.A. Fall Beer Festival at L.A. Center Studios. Besides more than 200 beer offerings, attendees can sample the fare of food trucks and listen to live music. A Connoisseur’s Ticket will get you air conditioned bathrooms, deck access and exclusive beers. Featured breweries include Bootlegger’s, Lagunitas, Goose Island, and Elysian.

Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival | Nov. 12-13
The brainchild of Tyler, the Creator, the fifth version of Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival comes to Exposition Park. This time the festival expands to two days. Lil Wayne, Erykah Badu, A$AP Rocky, Schoolboy Q, and Chance the Rapper are some of the hot headliners in the packed lineup.

American Music Awards at Microsoft Theater | Nov. 20
The AMAs celebrate the year’s most popular acts in music. The show will broadcast on ABC, and awards include “Artist of the Year,” “Collaboration of the Year” and “New Artist of the Year,” as well as several different genre honors. Adele, Beyonce and Justin Bieber lead the pack of nominees. Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, Sting, Green Day, The Chainsmokers and Halsey, Twenty One Pilots and James Bay are among the performers for this star-studded night.

The Hollywood Christmas Parade | Nov. 27
As people finish off the last of their Thanksgiving leftovers, The Hollywood Christmas Parade ushers in the season of holiday cheer. Witness the floats, horses, performers, and marching bands. This year’s Grand Marshall is singer Olivia Newton-John.

Louis C.K. at the Dolby Theatre | Nov. 29, Dec. 1
Popular comedian Louis C.K. expanded his stand-up tour and comes to the Dolby Theatre for two nights. He may make grumpy observations in his act, but he’s keeping the ticket prices at 50 bucks for his fans. His HBO special “Oh My God,” FX series “Louis” and many sold out shows have made him one of the top voices in modern comedy.

Irving Berlin’s White Christmas at the Pantages | Nov. 29-Dec. 4
Get into the holiday spirit with “White Christmas” at the Pantages Theatre. The live version of the comedy musical is based on the classic Bing Crosby / Danny Kaye film that follows two veteran buddies-turned entertainers who team with a knockout sister act to save a Vermont Inn.
